Hola, como están.
Soy novato en estos temas asi que estoy haciendo ingertos para ver como resulta.

Estoy tratando de implementar un sistema de Videoconferencia en una máquina windows pero
con software Linux.
Utilizo el software "1videoConference" pero me pide Asterisk y Meetme esto último me tiene
un poco confundido ya que supongo que Meetme viene con Asterisk, ¿o no ?

Agradecería pudieran ayudarme.

Primero define què quieres decir con "software linux". En una de esas la
solucion la tienes frente a tu nariz pero tu entusiasmo de novato te
impide verla.

1VideoConference Readme 0.4.0.11

Date:- 11/11/2006

1. Check whether IIS is Install or not.

? First of all check in your system, Is there an Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager in Administrative Tools or not. (Administrative tools Icon is in Control Panel in your system).

? If an Internet Information Service (IIS) is not present at given location then follow following steps. Otherwise jump to step No. 2

? Operating System (Windows Server 2003)

? If IIS is not present then install it from windows server 2003 sp1(Service Pack 1) CD.

? To install IIS in Windows Server 2003, go to control panel, click on ADD or Remove program then click on Add/Remove Windows Components.

? Select Application server from windows components Wizard click on details and check Internet Information Services (IIS).

? Apply Ok, and Install.

? After Successful installation of IIS, Go to Step No. 2.

? Operating System (Windows XP)

? If IIS is not present then install it from windows XP sp2(Service Pack 2) CD.

? To install IIS in Windows XP, go to control panel, click on ADD or Remove program then click on Add/Remove Windows Components.

? Check Internet Information Services (IIS) from windows components Wizard.

? Apply Ok, and Install.

? After Successful installation of IIS, Go to Step No. 2.

2. Run Setup.exe from Downloaded and extracted file of 1videoconference.

3. This installation would ask you to install WinFx (.NET Framework 3.0), if your system does not contain Microsoft Framework 3.0. If it is present then go to Step No. 4.

? Download x86 version which is around 49MB, and install it.

? If your system is 64 bit, then download and install Framework 3.0 from http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/F/0/3F0A922C-F239-4B9B-9CB0-DF53621C57D9/dotnetfx3_x64.exe

? After successful installation of WinFx, run Setup.exe.

4. This setup would say SQL Server 2005 is required, please download and install it from the website, which popup automatically.

? Download SQL Server 2005 Express Edition with Advanced Services SP1 version which is around 234MB.

? Installation might be not successful for x64 and IA64 bit machines.

? Run downloaded SQLEXPR.EXE.

? During installation installer would ask you to install Windows Installer 3.1, please download it and install from URL shown in message box.

? Select all compotes in Feature list Dialog. Copyrights © 2006-2007 Adiance Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

?During installation Under Authentication Mode Dialog select MixedMode Authentication and enter password.

?After Successful Installation of SQL Server 2005, Go to Start?ll Programs?Microsoft SQL Server 2005?Configuration Tools?SQL Server Surface Area Configuration.

?Select SQL Server 2005 Surface Area Configuration.

?Select Remote Connections under Database Engine.

?Select Local and remote connections.

?Under that select Using TCP/IP Only

?Run Setup.exe.

?After that Start SQL Server Browser service from Administrative Tool ?Services.

5. Make Sure you have Asterisk server which supports Video and you have MeetMe file which supports H.263 protocol for video.

?If you don't have video enabled asterisk server, You can use your asterisk server for voice and data transfer activities.

6. You have to create users in SIP.conf file form user Number 1110 to 1116 with same authname as user Number respectively.

7. Browse the URL

http://<Machine Name/IP>/1videoConference/Adiance.VMukti.WinFx.xbap
